About My Practice

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in pain, both physical and emotional, and wonder if life can ever get easier. After navigating years of medical challenges and competing as a Division I athlete, I became passionate about understanding how the mind and body shape each other. In therapy, I provide a compassionate and collaborative space that integrates science and empathy to help you achieve balance, relief, and lasting change.

My Therapeutic Style
I practice TEAM-CBT, a structured approach that emphasizes empathy in cognitive-behavioral therapy, which is known for its measurable progress. This method helps uncover what’s keeping you stuck, break free from unhelpful patterns, and build practical tools you can use long after therapy ends.

At the heart of my work is creating a collaborative, inclusive, and affirming space where you feel truly seen and supported. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. The most essential ingredients for growth are your willingness to show up and your commitment to the process.

What to Expect
Therapy does not have to feel endless or ineffective. You deserve to feel supported, understood, and empowered. Many of my clients and their families begin noticing meaningful improvements within just a few sessions, restoring both hope and confidence in the process. Needless to say, therapy is not always linear; it can feel sticky - and that's how you know it's working.

Beyond symptom relief, many clients experience broader growth, moving from feeling overwhelmed and hopeless to more balanced, resilient, and confident.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward lasting change, I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
