Like most websites, we collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- The Feeling Good Institute may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
- One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature and save you time. The purpose of the cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize Feeling Good Institute pages, or register with Feeling Good Institute site or services, a cookie helps Feeling Good Institute to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same Feeling Good Institute website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Feeling Good Institute features that you customized.
- You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of Feeling Good Institute services or websites you visit.

CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION
FGI stands against discrimination. We believe in acceptance, inclusion, and equality. Discrimination against people based on identifying status (e.g., race, ethnicity, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, ability status, country of origin, religion) is harmful and not tolerated. We understand the need for formative feedback and learning, thus we will make every effort to invite community members to humbly learn and grow when missteps occur. Hate speech, discriminatory practices, or harmful interventions (defined by clinician’s governing board) may result in removal from this training opportunity. This includes public statements or behaviors made outside of the trainings. We maintain the right to deny or revoke access to this training space if safety of the community cannot be maintained because of a person causing harm to others. In the case that this policy is invoked, we will follow guidelines to offer a learning opportunity and then determine whether safety of the community can be maintained or if the person will be removed from the training space. Guidelines include steps such as talking with the person, providing opportunities to learn (e.g., addressing the harm, renouncing a problematic statement or behavior), and consulting with other trainers.
