Seeking powerful tools to transform your life? I help adults & emerging adults recover from a spectrum of anxiety, depressive, unwanted habit, and relationship issues using advancements in cognitive behavioral (CBT) and other research based therapies. My approach, TEAM-CBT, includes connecting deeply to discover your stuck areas, assessing your motivation to change, then teaching as many tailored tools and methods as needed to create lasting change. I test symptoms before & after sessions to track progress and ask you to evaluate each session. Once feeling better, I provide coaching on how to prepare for a possible return of symptoms.
