Counselling can feel like endless talking with little direction — and if you’ve ever wondered, “Is this really helping?”, you’re not alone. I believe therapy should be both compassionate and purposeful because real change happens when you’re equipped with the right tools and supported every step of the way.  With over 20 years of experience as a coach and advanced certification in TEAM CBT, I support individuals navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout, self doubt, and life transitions. My clients are thoughtful, deeply reflective people ready to do the work — to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and rediscover meaning in their lives.  As a Master of Counselling intern counsellor, I’m pleased to offer affordable rates to make counselling more accessible while maintaining a high standard of care under regular supervision.

•    Clear progress you can see: We’ll track your growth with simple outcome measures, so you’ll always know how far you’ve come.
•    A supportive, collaborative start: Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and build practical TEAM-CBT tools you can use every day.
•    Bringing change into your life: Between sessions, you’ll have personalized exercises to help you live and feel the changes we’re working on.
