About My Practice
Are you struggling with anxiety, OCD, or trauma and motivated to do what it takes to feel better sooner rather than later? I offer brief, intensive cognitive behavioral therapy to help you overcome your struggles quickly. This intensive approach involves 2-4 hours of psychotherapy from 2 to 5 times weekly, plus daily homework, for one or more weeks. If you have the freedom to take a week or more off of work, the investment in this intensive approach can save you months, or even years, of time. In addition, if intensive work isn't a good fit for you, I also offer weekly therapy. Either way, I look forward to helping you get your life back from anxiety!
Also, I now offer relationship coaching! If you're wanting to improve a relationship with a spouse, partner, friend, or family member, I use a TEAM-based approach to work with pairs of people who want to get along better with each other and--if they want it-- to find closeness such as they've never had before. If your spouse or partner or friend or family member isn't willing to join you in this process, I can also work with you alone to change your own role in the relationship, which can transform the dynamic of the entire relationship. This work can be done intensively or on a weekly basis.
