About My Practice

I am an outpatient psychotherapist at Hope Ave Therapy, a group private practice located in Waltham, MA. I predominantly work with young males (ages 10+), as well as professionals in high pressure careers, such as those in finance, healthcare, tech, and law. I focus on helping clients with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as with issues regarding self-esteem, identity development, relationships, and work-life balance.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent five years working in investment banking and private equity, which included analyst roles at Blackstone and Carlyle. During this time, I developed a strong passion for helping my colleagues, friends, and family work through emotional issues. This experience motivated my professional transition, as a way to help others on a daily basis. My mission is to help my clients cope with life's hardships and to empower them to change, grow, and thrive in their personal and professional / academic lives. I offer unconditional support, teach and reinforce new skills, and provide a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can gain new insights into their lives. If you or someone you know is looking for help, please feel free to reach out to me at andy@hopeavetherapy.com
