About My Practice

I work with emergin adults who are smart and capable, but are running into barriers that keep them from feeling proud and succesful. If you are strugling with anxiety or depression, with a lack of clarity or direction, or with executive functioning challenges and neurodiversity, I can help! I use a friendly but directive theraputic approach to make connections, clarify barriers and implement interventions to help you move forward. I enjoy working with young people and adults who are curious about the challegnes they face and willing to take steps to overcome them.
