About My Practice

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience helping people who are struggling with anxiety (including perfectionism, shyness, imposter syndrome), depression, relationship problems, and insomnia. Clients who come to me are ready to address their problems in a new way and are tired of feeling stuck. I focus on helping you change unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors, gain insight, develop new habits, and live your life more in alignment with your core values.

My goal is to develop a warm therapeutic alliance with you based on acceptance, understanding, and respect. With that alliance, we will work together to remove any barriers in the way of you reaching your goals, so that you feel ready to learn a variety of techniques that will help you experience relief as well as feel confident to face challenges on your own even after our time together in therapy ends.

I was first introduced to TEAM-CBT during my postdoctoral fellowship training at San Mateo Medical Center where I focused on health psychology and behavioral medicine with a diverse and underserved patient population in San Mateo County. Since then, I opened my own telehealth private practice based in Mountain View, CA and joined Dr. David Burns' advanced Tuesday training group at Stanford in 2020. I have grown tremendously as a TEAM therapist through continuous learning from the experts in the TEAM community.
