About My PracticeAs a recovering perfectionist myself, I know how painful it can be to hold yourself to a standard that’s always just out of reach. High standards have probably led you to achieve great things but they’ve also robbed you of the ability to enjoy your achievements! In fact, they probably have you downplaying your achievements, even to the extent of believing that you’re a failure.
I have powerful tools that will help you begin to enjoy your life and give yourself a break every once in a while. I know the tools work because I see them working all the time - for myself, my colleagues, and my clients. As a Level 3 TEAM therapist, I’ve put in hundreds of hours into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training and ongoing practice is a crucial part of my work.
There’s nothing I love more than seeing my clients transform over the course of our work together. Perfectionism is exhausting and sometimes even isolating.
