About My Practice

I am an Illinois Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeThrive with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. I have completed Level 1 training in TEAM-CBT and Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I integrate these approaches into my work with individuals and couples.
