About My Practice
Chances are if you are reading this you are seeking support for yourself or someone you love. Starting therapy for the first time or reaching out to a new therapist can be a tough and a stressful process. I have a warm empathetic style, so I hope that makes it easier.
My private practice focuses on working with adolescents, young adults and families. I also provide coaching for parents and athletes.
I have over 20 years of experience as a practitioner, with a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am also trained in TEAM-CBT Therapy. Currently in my practice I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with General Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, individuals who may be feeling a strong sense of "ambiguous loss" since the Pandemic began, as well as Depression, Eating Disorders and lack of motivation & procrastination.
My practice also focuses on working with college students who are facing issues I specialize in as well as students returning home for a mental/medical leave from college and looking to build up a solid toolbox so they can regain their footing.
I work collaboratively and during our therapeutic time together you will have developed a toolbox to refer back to when need be.
