About My Practice

Elias believes that true healing happens within a safe, attuned, and accepting relationship. Growth and transformation emerge through connection, and he views therapy as a collaborative process where experiences, emotions, and challenges are explored with curiosity and compassion.

His approach integrates evidence-based methods with a strong relational foundation, drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), TEAM CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). This ensures that each session is both structured and deeply personal. Elias believes that lasting change is not just about gaining insight but about experiencing new ways of relating to oneself, to others, and to life. Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” but about rediscovering wholeness and an innate capacity for growth.

Together with his clients, Elias works to uncover patterns that may no longer serve them while honoring their strengths and resilience. He welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and is committed to fostering an inclusive, affirming space where they feel seen, supported, and empowered in their journey toward meaningful change.
