Welcome,

I am a Licensed (Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida) and Credential Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with over 30 years of clinical expertise specializing in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Depression, Trauma, and related issues. I believe that the goal of therapy is to provide simple and effective tools to target both your negative thinking patterns and your counterproductive behaviors, so that you can achieve the most successful results in the shortest amount of time. I have received advanced training/credentialing in am committed to only utilizing evidence-based treatments that decades of scientific research have proven to be the gold standard for therapy. I a such as CBT and Exposure Therapy (Exposure & Response Prevention & Prolonged Exposure).

At Anxiety Treatment Center of Orlando, LLC, my practice mission is simple - to offer a safe, empathetic, and judgement-free environment, and see you as a human being, not a diagnosis. Working together as a team, we will create and follow a strategic plan of action that imparts you with a clear understanding of how you can apply the same skills and strategies that you have learned in session, independently into your daily life. I see children (ages 8+), teens, adults, and families in person in my downtown Orlando practice, as well as virtually, via  teletherapy, throughout the state of Florida.  I am also one of the few practitioners in the Central Florida area providing in vivo therapy services, working with clients outside of the office setting, directly in the identified problem environment when clinically necessary.
