About My Practice

My specialty and passion is treating anxiety disorders and OCD. I'm trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Inference-Based Therapy.

 

As part of the Feeling Good Institute, I’ve seen firsthand how evidence-based treatments can lead to real change. I focus on using proven techniques to meet your specific needs. Together, we’ll uncover the root causes of your struggles, identify unhelpful thought patterns, and practice new tools to change your self-talk and behaviors. I use routine outcome monitoring to ensure you’re progressing toward your goals.

 

In addition to advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to select clients, based on their clinical needs. Within 8 to 12 sessions, you can expect to feel better, more equipped to handle your challenges, and ready to take control of your life.

 

I offer in-person sessions in Travelers Rest, SC, and video-based therapy for clients in California, South Carolina, and New Jersey.
