About My Practice

My specialization is working with individuals and families affected by a diagnosis of ASD, as well as helping clients who struggle with anxiety, trauma and/or depression. I have been working with youth, as both an educator and counsellor, for over 25 years. I enjoy working with families learning new skills, and ways of being, to face the challenges of every-day life by building resilience and strength.
