About My Practice

Hi, my name is Ren. I speak fluent Mandarin and am a registered counsellor and clinical supervisor in Australia and China.

 

I currently provide TEAM-CBT-informed therapy and am also delivering TEAM-CBT-certified training under supervision.

 

If you are feeling anxiety or depression and tempted to seek a way to get a change. If you are alone in a foreign country, struggling with a lot of stress at university, work or in an intimate relationship and having a hard time finding a therapist who speaks your language. It would be my honour to work with you. 

 

I have an educational background in sociology and psychology and systematic training in counselling. I enjoy using TEAM-CBT as my favourite therapeutic tool. My goal is to support you in becoming your own therapist, to listen to your inner voice, deepen your self-understanding, and discover your own strength and capacity for change.
