About My Practice

I'm a California-licensed therapist based in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in men's relationships, communication, emotional vulnerability, and recurring relationship patterns.

Many of the men I work with are trying hard to make things better but find themselves stuck in the same arguments, shutting down or becoming defensive during conflict, or unsure how to communicate what they're feeling. Over time, these patterns can leave you feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or unsure what else to do.

My goal is to help you understand what's happening beneath these patterns and find a different way forward. Together, we'll make sense of the experiences shaping your relationships, gain clarity about your emotions and reactions, and develop practical ways to navigate difficult conversations, communicate more effectively, and create meaningful change.

I also work with couples and provide career and executive functioning coaching. Across my work, I bring a deep respect for culture, identity, and belonging, shaped in part by my own experience as the child of immigrants and first generation Arab American. I strive to create a space where you can better understand yourself without judgment and feel more connected to the people and parts of life that matter most.
