Education

I hold a Doctorate in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from India as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling from Palo Alto University in California. This academic training has provided me with a strong foundation in psychological theory, research, and clinical practice, which I integrate into my work with individuals, couples, and families.

Experience and Trainings

I have completed specialized training in several evidence-based approaches, including Psychology of Addiction and Recovery at Stanford University, the CT-R Approach to Trauma, Aggression, and Self-Injury through the Beck Institute, and advanced training in TEAM-CBT (Level 3). I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. These approaches allow me to tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs, integrating strategies that support emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting change.
