About My Practice

A Whole-Person Approach to Better Health, Function & Well-Being

Helping people feel better, function better, and reconnect with the life they want to live is my passion. I offer individualized care both in person and virtually, creating a supportive environment where we can explore the physical, emotional, and mental factors that may be affecting your health and well-being.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic, I have extensive experience assessing and caring for a wide range of musculoskeletal, spinal, and pain-related concerns, while also recognizing the important connection between the body, mind, emotions, and overall health.

Areas I Can Help With

Pain, Spinal & Musculoskeletal Health

  • Neck, back, and spinal pain
  • Low back pain and sciatica
  • Headaches and tension-related headaches
  • Shoulder, hip, knee, and other joint pain
  • Muscle and soft-tissue pain
  • Spinal and postural concerns
  • Joint and movement dysfunction
  • Sports, work, and activity-related injuries
  • Repetitive strain and overuse injuries
  • Chronic and persistent pain
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Stiffness, reduced mobility, and physical dysfunction

Mind-Body & Emotional Well-Being

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Stress and its impact on health and function
  • Relationship and life challenges
  • Low energy and diminished motivation
  • Emotional factors that may contribute to or amplify physical pain
  • Physical dysfunction and symptoms that may have emotional or stress-related components

Your Mind and Body Are Deeply Connected

Pain can affect far more than the area that hurts. It can influence your sleep, energy, mood, relationships, motivation, and ability to participate in the activities you enjoy.

At the same time, stress, emotions, and life experiences can influence how we experience pain and how our bodies function. Many health conditions can be aggravated by stress, and you may already be aware that stress is playing a role in your health, your ability to function, or your enjoyment of life.

I don’t believe in treating the body and mind as completely separate. My approach looks at the whole person and the ways physical symptoms, stress, emotions, and life circumstances may interact.

Alongside chiropractic assessment and care, I utilize mind-based approaches such as TEAM-CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and techniques such as Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) to support the mind-body connection.

For some people, physical pain and dysfunction have emotional or stress-related components. By addressing these different pieces together, this unique approach may help uncover underlying factors and provide a more comprehensive path toward improved health, function, and well-being.

Your Care Starts With Understanding You

I begin with a very comprehensive initial consultation and examination to understand your history, concerns, current level of function, and—most importantly—your needs and desires.

Together, we create an individualized plan designed around your goals and what matters most to you. Whether you are seeking relief from pain, improved movement and function, support with a spinal or musculoskeletal concern, or a deeper understanding of the factors affecting your health, we will focus on the areas you choose to address.

My goal is to help you become the best that you can be in body, mind, and spirit.

Let’s Start With a Conversation

I am pleased to offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation, available virtually or in person.

This is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss what you’re experiencing, answer your questions, and explore whether my whole-person approach is right for you.

You don’t have to navigate your health journey alone. I would love to come alongside you on your journey toward better health, greater function, and a more fulfilling life.

Extended health benefits may cover services provided in my role as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
