The frustration of feeling “broken” – whether due to depression, anxiety, or an injury – can make every part of life feel overwhelming. I’ve experienced all three, and for a long time, it felt endless. I’m living proof that change is possible and you can feel “normal” again – and I’m here to help you find that, too.
