Course Description:
Join us for a unique opportunity to observe in real time how therapy unfolds with world-renowned psychiatrist and author Dr. David Burns - the creator of TEAM-CBT. In this live, unscripted demo, David together with Dr. Jill Levitt will navigate the full arc of a session: empathy, measurement-based feedback, agenda setting, resistance-melting reframes, cognitive and behavioral methods, and powerful breakthrough moments.
You'll witness what works (and what doesn't), and come away with practical tools you can use right away - in your own life or in your work with clients.
You'll see what truly helps people move forward (and what gets in the way), and leave with practical tools you can use right away - in your own life or in your work with others.
