You will learn how to help your patients get specific, bite-sized, and accountable about their goals and make progress on them! You'll learn to identify and change tempting thoughts that drive procrastination. And we'll teach practical strategies, share clinical vigneetes, and demonstrate techniques that work to help your patients get things done!

Richard Lam is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, TEAM-CBT Ambassador and Educational Speaker with the Feeling Good Institute. His clinical specialties include OCD, panic disorder, and relationship problems. Richard also teaches TEAM-CBT to therapists worldwide and hosts The Feeling Good Therapist on YouTube, which provides helpful descriptions and role play demonstrations of TEAM-CBT techniques.
