The above claims are made based on two separate naturalistic studies of the effectiveness of TEAM-CBT. Study 1 was conducted in 2015, across 59 patients. Study #2 was conducted from 2018-2020, across 337 patients. Changes in symptoms were measured using the Brief Mood Survey before and after every session. Data analyses and results available upon request.
