About My Practice

At Feeling Good Institute, I provide evidence-based therapy using TEAM-CBT — a structured, compassionate, and collaborative approach developed by Dr. David Burns. I work with individuals seeking support for a range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. My goal is to help you feel better, faster — and to equip you with the tools to sustain your growth long after therapy ends.

Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and are available both in-person and online. I also offer brief, skills-based intensives for clients who are looking for faster symptom relief.

I Work With:

  • Adults

  • Teens (14+)

  • Professionals and high achievers

  • BIPOC and multicultural populations

  • Individuals navigating life transitions

  • People seeking a structured, tools-based approach

  • Clients with prior therapy experience looking for something more active and goal-oriented
