1. Is Fast Track Right for Me?

Fast Track is designed for therapists at every stage—those new to TEAM-CBT as well as clinicians with years of experience. Many therapists join because they want a clear framework, reliable tools, and structured guidance they can use immediately in their sessions. If you’re looking for confidence, clarity, and hands-on support, this program was created with you in mind.

Yes—early-career therapists tend to thrive in the structure Fast Track provides. You’ll get a complete therapy framework, hands-on mentoring, and repeatable tools you can rely on from your very first session. Fast Track provides the most efficient, structured path to Level 3. Over 6 months, you’ll learn the full model, practice each skill weekly, and receive step-by-step preparation for the Level 3 Demonstration Exam. Therapists often tell us this structure helped them progress much faster than they expected..

4. What’s Included in the Subscription?

Your subscription includes:

  • Full enrollment in the 6-month Fast Track course

  • Level 1–3 TEAM-CBT certification fees

  • The Level 3 Exam fee

  • The Therapist’s Toolkit by Dr. Burns

  • Access to an expanding CE library

  • Ongoing case consultation groups (Level 2+)

  • A community of clinicians who continue learning together

If needed, only exam retakes carry a small additional fee. Everything else is included so you can focus on learning rather than budgeting for each step.

Therapists appreciate that the subscription removes the guesswork—everything you need to grow, practice, and keep advancing is already built in.

Definitely. The program was built for therapists with full caseloads, family obligations, and life commitments. You can expect:

  • Zero to 40 minutes of video content per week

  • One hour in your live practice group

Many participants say this structure made it easier—not harder—to stay consistent, because the training fits naturally into their weekly routine.

After enrolling, you’ll choose a weekly group time (Tuesdays or Thursdays). Both groups are led by highly skilled Level 5 Advanced TEAM-CBT trainers. Therapists appreciate the small-group format because it creates a sense of community, consistency, and accountability.

You may attend the alternate group that week or complete up to two makeups with a practice partner. Therapists find this flexibility reassuring, especially during busy seasons. Recordings aren’t offered because these sessions prioritize hands-on practice.

You can earn

  • 16 asynchronous CEs for completing the video modules

  • 26 live CEs for attending practice groups

  • 4 CEs for the kickoff with Dr. Burns

As long as you attend the sessions or complete two allowable makeups, you can earn full CE credit.

We offer Fast Track in the Early Summer, Fall, and Winter. With your subscription, you also have year-round access to the CE library, live events, and community.

Your training doesn’t end when the course ends. The subscription ensures ongoing growth through twice-monthly consultation groups where you’ll:

  • Discuss your real client cases with expert guidance

  • Continue role-play practice to deepen your confidence and precision

  • Stay connected to a supportive peer community

  • Maintain momentum long after initial certification

Fast Track is simply the beginning of your development—your subscription helps you continue advancing throughout the year.

Fast Track gives you a complete, supported pathway to becoming highly effective with TEAM-CBT—efficiently and with expert guidance. Therapists describe Fast Track as the moment therapy finally felt organized, powerful, and sustainable. You’ll gain tools you can use the very next day, and a community that continues to grow with you.
