About My Practice

I believe that anyone can benefit from therapy, and I love helping others find greater peace, clarity, and satisfaction in life throughout the therapeutic process. Finding the right therapist for you is an important first step. Therapy is a meaningful investment of time and energy, and it’s not always easy to know if you’ll feel truly understood. I approach therapy with humility, insight, and a touch of humor. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported, so that we can explore what’s not working -- and help you reconnect with what is.

My approach is rooted in client-centered, evidence-based practices. I draw from TEAM-CBT, a powerful form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Family Systems and Attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support each person’s unique needs and goals. I have worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, eating disorders, perfectionism, work stress, and grief. I also enjoy working with couples to deepen mutual understanding and connection. Additionally, I have a special passion for supporting clients through perinatal challenges, including fertility struggles, anxiety about becoming a parent, and postpartum anxiety or depression.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years in the tech world, so I understand the pressures that come with fast-paced, high-expectation environments. I also understand what it's like to contemplate and eventually navigate a career change. As a parent of two young children, I have personal experience with the joys and challenges of family life, and I love working with individuals and couples navigating parenthood.

My hope is that through our work together, you’ll feel more connected to yourself, more at ease in your own mind, and more confident as you move forward in life.
