About My Practice

I am a License Professional Counselor with professional expertise in counseling in diverse organizational sectors, highly experience with individual, family, and group counseling. I am well versed in several counseling techniques and have a compassionate approachable demeanor. My areas of specialization include comprehensive support services to clients from all walks of life, such as those with dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, PTSD, OCD, anger management, relationships, and family conflict. My therapeutic approach is CBT, TEAM-CBT, DBT , Exposure Therapy and Nurture Heart Approach.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am under supervision from a CBT Specialist. I use this evidence base approach in helping those with anxiety, depression, panic, phobias (including agoraphobia and social phobia), stress, bulimia, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder and psychosis.
