I am a Business Development Executive turned therapist. I offer a different kind of therapy that is highly effective. My focus areas are anxiety, depression, relationship issues and addiction. I love helping everyone struggling with these issues, and I have a particular passion for helping anxious and tense professionals in high stress work environments: first responders, military, healthcare, education, sales, and other high stress professions. Having worked in a high stress career for almost two decades, I have been there myself and gained inner peace as a result of the same process I use with my clients. 


My Approach: Collaborative and Evidence-Based

I specialize in TEAM-CBT, which uses proven, evidence-based methods to help you overcome anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, habits, addictions and other challenges. My approach is deeply collaborative; we work as a team, following a structured framework to help you reach your goals efficiently and effectively. I  incorporate mindfulness into our work together when it may be helpful. I am a Mindful Movement coach for the Red Cross and have studied and practiced mindfulness for over 20 years.
