About My Practice

I am an American expat currently living in Warsaw, Poland, where I am pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, I am attending a 4-year postgraduate training in cognitive behavioral therapy. I earned my master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Warsaw, and I received my BA in Psychology and Polish Philology at the University of Michigan, USA. I am a member of the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. In my practice I use the valuable skills that TEAM-CBT has to offer to help clients experiencing a wide variety of issues.
