About My Practice

Down to earth and straight forward.  I am not a clinically trained psychologist.  My practice is based on the work of Dr. David Burns's books "Feeling good the new mood therapy", "Feeling Good Together the secrets to making troubled relationships work", and "Feeling Great the revolutionary new treatment for anxiety and depression".  The TEAM method is empirical (we measure you symptoms), motivational (by overcoming resistance to change), and transformative (complete relief of symptoms).  Together we can achieve joyous productivity.  It takes work and accountability.  I wish you well.  Read one of those books at the very least.  They really help.  Healing is inevitable if you are willing to do the work.
