CBT for Insomnia: Secrets for Sound Sleep
Over half of adults have trouble sleeping, with many experiencing chronic issues. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is a successful treatment for insomnia, unlike sleeping pills which do not address the root causes of poor sleep. CBT-I helps 75% of patients improve their sleep and the majority become normal sleepers, reducing or eliminating the need for medication. The National Institute of Health recommends CBT-I as the preferred method for treating insomnia.
