Workshop Overview
This workshop will feature two live therapy demonstrations with audience volunteers who have been struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, and self-doubt. You will get to see, in real time, what works, and what doesn’t work, and why. In addition, you will gain a far deeper appreciation of how you can bring rapid recovery to your patients.
Approximately two hours will be devoted to each therapy demonstration, including teaching points as the session evolves. This will be followed by discussion and practice to help you master key techniques that can greatly improve your clinical work.This promises to be an exciting, educational and inspirational experience!

Please Note: This workshop is open to BOTH therapists AND the general public. This is the only workshop offered by Feeling Good Institute (FGI) that is open to the general public. Only therapists may apply for TEAM-CBT certification and attend other FGI trainings.

Instructor Biographies
Dr. Jill Levitt is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Director of Training at the Feeling Good Institute in Mountain View, CA. Dr. Levitt has almost 20 years of experience conducting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and has been trained by some of the world’s leaders in CBT. She has co-written several scholarly articles in the areas of OCD, PTSD and Panic Disorder. Most recently she has been co-teaching CBT with Dr. David Burns at the Stanford University School of Medicine in her role on the Adjunct Clinical Faculty in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She also trains other therapists in David Burns’ model of CBT called TEAM-CBT Therapy. She is a certified Level 5 Master Therapist and Trainer in TEAM-CBT Therapy. Dr. Levitt teaches both in-person and online workshops for Feeling Good Institute on CBT methods, reducing resistance in psychotherapy, and improving the effectiveness of psychotherapy.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancelations outside of a 14-day window prior to the beginning of a training event or course. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. Within a 14-day window prior to the beginning of a training event or course, no refunds are available. For cancelations within this window, credit may be applied towards a future similar training within a year of the original purchase date.
Attendance Policy Requirements For CE Credit
Full attendance and completion of appropriate evaluation forms are required in order to receive CE credits. The attendance policy as set forth by the CE boards is that therapists must attend 100% of the training in order to receive CE credit. This includes daylong and weekly courses as well as hour-long webinars.
Live online multi-week courses: We are permitted to allow participants a maximum of one makeup per multi-week course. If a session is missed, the participant may make up only one session by watching the recording and submitting a brief written summary to the instructor. Unfortunately, we are not permitted to give partial credit for any courses.
