What is T.E.A.M. Therapy? T.E.A.M. Therapy is a highly innovative and powerful form of therapy that builds upon evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to enhance their effectiveness. Our goal is high-speed change and relief for you.
T = Testing. We will measure your symptoms at the start and end of every therapy session using brief, accurate scales to make sure that you are meeting your goals. You will also have the chance to rate your therapist’s warmth, understanding, and helpfulness at the end of every session.
E = Empathy. You will find T.E.A.M. therapists to be highly empathic, warm and caring. Understanding your feelings, thoughts, and concerns is our first priority.
A = Agenda Setting. You might WANT to change, but feel that something always seems to hold you back.
