How did you discover TEAM-CBT?
I was looking for the perfect practicum site while completing my MACP Program and came across Mike Christensen RCC, MACP and jumped in with two feet! Little did I know how much I would learn in this short time and how valuable TEAM-CBT for clients and therapists alike.
What are your specialties / clients you love to work with?
I love working with clients who want to make positive changes. I have a passion for those experiencing grief and loss of any kind. I also love working with clients who want to improve their self-esteem, self-worth and struggle with loving themselves.
What is your favorite TEAM-CBT technique?
My favourite TEAM-CBT technique is Externalization of Voices. From my experience in practice, I believe it helps to empower the client to see things from a different perspective and gives them a new way of dealing with those internal thoughts and voices.
