How did you discover TEAM-CBT?
Through Jill Levitt, Ph.D., Director of Training at the very first Feeling Good Institute online training group, 10 years ago.
What are your specialties / clients you love to work with?
I see adults with high stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal issues, and life transitions. Given my business background (I have an MBA and was a Fortune 500 executive in a prior life!), I often work with founders, CEOs, and business managers. I also have a speciality in behavioral medicine, including diabetes and weight management, having led the integrated behavioral health team for San Mateo County’s hospital for several years.
What is your favorite TEAM-CBT technique?
Positive Reframe in Agenda Setting, hands down!
What are you reading or listening to?
I recently read Rachel Avis’s “Strangers to Ourselves: Unsettled Minds and the Stories That Make Us,” which poses insightful questions about what is mental illness. And I am listening to the Feeling Good podcast, of course!
Please share a fun fact about yourself.
I have 3 passports from three different countries (US, Brazil, France)
