How did you discover TEAM-CBT?

 I read "Feeling Good" by Dr. David Burns in 2006, and attended my first intensive training with David in 2009.

 

What are your specialties / clients you love to work with?

Depression, anxiety, and habits.

 

What is your favorite TEAM-CBT technique?

Tough one, too many to count: Love the agenda setting tools, positive reframe, double and triple paradox. Such rich deeper empathy tools. 
 

What are you reading or listening to?

For fun: podcasts on cycling training performance for masters age athletes. 

 

Please share a fun fact about yourself.

In 1986 I was an exchange student to Denmark for a one year youth exchange program. Went to school, learned the language (Danish) and raced my bike as much as possible.
